Prices and payment
Prices are in Nigerian naira. Review delivery charges, discounts and the total at checkout. Payments are processed through Paystack and must be verified before an order is treated as paid. A pending order or temporary reservation is not proof of payment. If charged but confirmation is delayed, contact us with your order reference rather than paying again.
Offers and availability
Coupon eligibility and expiry depend on the offer. One-off items can become unavailable when bought. Check your confirmed order and contact support if a payment or availability issue occurs.
Your account and delivery details
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate delivery and contact information. Contact us promptly if those details are incorrect. Use My Orders and the in-app inbox to check updates; phone alerts depend on device settings and connectivity.
