Information we use
We use your account name and email, authentication information, optional profile photo, saved delivery names, phone numbers and addresses, cart and wishlist, orders, payment references, discounts and support communications to operate the store. Phone alerts also use a device messaging token, installation identifier, notification settings and delivery records.
Why we use it
We use information to provide accounts, fulfil orders, verify payments, support customers, maintain security and deliver updates. Hosting, payment and messaging services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to run their services.
Our service providers
Supabase provides account, database and storage services. Paystack processes checkout payments; payment details are entered in its checkout. Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers phone alerts, including the message title and a short preview. Delivery providers receive the details needed for delivery. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation also uses WhatsApp’s services. Providers may process information outside Nigeria.
Profile photos and alerts
Uploading a profile photo is optional. Profile photos currently use public image links, so someone with the link can view the image. Phone notifications can show message previews on your device. Manage phone alerts in Account → Phone alerts or Android notification settings.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile and saved addresses and remove cart, wishlist and inbox entries. Contact us to request access or correction of your information. To request account deletion in the app, open Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion by emailing fidelisawu@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed before completion; submitting a request does not immediately delete your account. We may need to verify your identity. Deleting an inbox message does not recall a phone alert already delivered.

Information is kept to operate your account and fulfil and support orders. Order, payment and security records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Contact us for information about records associated with your account and any retention that applies to a deletion request. You may also raise a privacy concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
